Frequently Asked Questions
Is the trial class really free?
Yes—your child’s first 60-minute trial class is completely free of charge. To make sure every reserved seat is used, we ask parents to confirm via SMS the day before or complete a 2-minute intake form within 24 h of booking. Can’t attend? Tell us 48 h ahead and we’ll offer the slot to another family.
What age groups do you teach?
Our programs are designed for students aged 8-17, with different curriculum paths depending on age and experience.
How many students are in one class?
We cap each session at just 12 learners so every child gets hands-on help.
How often do classes meet?
Regular classes meet once a week for 75 minutes. Holiday workshops have longer sessions. Each module spans 24 sessions over six months.
Do students need to bring their own equipment?
Yes a Laptop — Arduino kits, sensors and components are provided.
Does my child need prior coding experience?
No. The Beginner module starts from absolute zero—if your child can read simple English sentences, they’re ready.
Which languages do you teach in?
Main instruction is in English, with clarifications in Bahasa Malaysia and தமிழ் so nothing gets lost in translation.
What safety measures are in place?
Mentors are background-checked, the lab is CCTV-monitored, and we keep first-aid kits and extinguishers on site.
Do you accommodate special needs or learning differences?
Yes—tell us about ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, etc., when enrolling. We’ll arrange extra mentor support or quieter seating.
How do I enrol and pay?
Click “Enrol Now,” fill the form, and pay registration + module + kit fees. Monthly tuition is due on the first class day of each billing cycle.
Are there sibling or referral discounts?
Siblings enjoy 10 % off tuition, and you earn RM 50 credit for every friend who enrols via your link.
What happens to fees, the kit, and the module if we withdraw?
Registration, Module & Kit Fees: one-time, non-refundable; your child keeps the entire kit.
Monthly Tuition: non-refundable once the month starts, but missed lessons can be made up on Fridays.
If you withdraw mid-module: we hand over the remaining printed chapters so learning can continue at home.
What if my child misses a class?
Attend our Friday Make-Up Lab (5-7 pm) at no extra cost. Please notify us 24 h in advance.
How will I know my child’s progress?
Bi-monthly e-mail reports, in-class photos, and mentor comments on strengths & next goals.
What happens after my child completes the module?
Move up to Intermediate Robotics & IoT, join our competition squad, or explore AI basics with micro:bit neural nets.
Can students join mid-module?
Yes—contact us and we’ll arrange catch-up sessions so your child isn’t left behind.
